Fresh Baked Bread Boules

This bread boule recipe is an easy to make bread that is a great choice for any meal, soup or just because. It gives you the perfect moist-and-chewy-on-the-inside dough and a crispy crust on the outside.

1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 (¼-ounce) packet fresh fast-acting yeast
1 ½ cups warm water, between 100° – 115°F (I use a thermometer because any hotter will kill the yeast; and if it’s too cool the yeast won\'t be activated)
4 cups all-purpose flour, plus some extra for kneading
¼ cup melted butter
