Fried Fish and Chips

It is that time of year! Time for no meat Fridays, Fish Fries, and fish sticks.This fish and chips recipe is perfect for any fish fry newbie. The breading is nice and light, crispy and so easy to make.

1 cup Whole Wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 pieces Mahi Mahi cut inyo strips (this is what I used, but any type of fish would work great)
Olive Oil (Again other oils will work, this is what I had. Peanut oil is also great for frying)
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pat your fish dry, drudge it through the batter. (I did 2-3 pieces at a time) Place your fish pieces in the hot oil one piece at a time so they don\\\'t stick...
