Frozen Fruit Smoothies

A delicious, healthy way to start your day!

1 orange, peeled (and remove seeds if necessary)
2 medium bananas
1 small apple, cored and quartered
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen(or fresh) pineapple chunks
1. Process the orange in the blender until smooth. Add in the rest of the fruit, one at a time, and blend after adding each fruit. 2. Pour into 4 glasses (or 2 large glasses) and enjoy!
