Dessert or breakfast? It's up to you! This fruity, crunchy dish will have you begging to top it with ice cream after dinner or warm it up for a sweet breakfast.

6 cups mixed berries or chopped fruit (frozen seems to work best but fresh is fine too)
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour (filling)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 ½ cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup all-purpose flour (topping)
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ cup slivered almonds
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour (filling)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 ½ cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup all-purpose flour (topping)
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ cup slivered almonds
Combine fruit, sugar, flour, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and almonds until crumbly; sprinkle over filling.
