This bread is so good it can almost be described as a dessert. Full of dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds; this bread is sure to become a family favorite.

2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
3 1/2-4 cups flour
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Set aside for 10 minutes. Combine the milk, butter, oil, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the yeast mixture. Add the egg yolks and stir well....
