Fruits Smoothie with Toast

This is a very simple and fast way to have a great and healthy breakfast during summer times.

1 cup plain soy milk or lactose free and low fat milk
(Also you can replace the milk for orange juice)
¾ cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberries
¾ fresh chopped banana
¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 slice whole grain or white bread toast ( depend of your choice)
1 tsp butter
In a blender puree either the soy milk, milk or orange juice, strawberries, banana, yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla and a pinch salt until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve with buttered toast. Serve 1 for more servings pls x the ingredients for the number of serving you desire to make, that will depend of the number of members in your family.
