Brussels sprouts cooked perfectly in the Fusion Cooker with toasted crispy garlic and almonds.

1 pound Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons sliced almond
salt and pepper to taste
