Pork chops marinated in minced garlic and blood orange vinegar. Light and flavorful for those hot summer evenings. Pairs well with a fresh green salad or grilled zucchini, cauliflower and carrots.

1/4 cup blood orange vinegar
1/8 cup light olive oil or any cooking oil
1 tablespoon crushed rosemary
