Garlic Lemon Chicken Kabobs

A simple and easy way to mariande chicke for the grill. Love cooking chicken on the grill!

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
zest of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teasppon ground black pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bit sized pieces)
Cut chicken into bit sized pieces (about 3/4 in cubes). In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and paper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerated for at least two hours and up to 8 hours. Shake the bowl a few times to continue to distribute the marinade. Thread the chicken onto skews and discard the extra marinade. Put the kabobs on the grill and cook about 8-12 minutes., turning once or twice
