A perfect side dish to any meal, these easy delicious Potatoes are cheesy and garlicky!

4 medium baking potatoes, halved lengthwise ( I used Maine White Potatoes)
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP Zesty Garlic Seasoning?
½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt? and a few turns of the pepper mill
