This recipe for garlic sautéed cauliflower and green beans certainly fit the bill with it’s ease of preparation and tasty garlicky goodness.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 large shallot (sliced into rings)
2 twists McCormick Garlic Pepper Grinder
1/2 head cauliflower (cut into small florets)
1/2lb fresh green beans (eds snapped off and cut in half)
1/2 cup chardonnay wine
red pepper flakes ((optional))
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan (to garnish)
