A healthier--baked--version of the delicious Chinese dish General Tao's Chicken.

2-3 pounds chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
1 egg + 2 Tbs water whisked together for an egg wash

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2-3 Tbs ground ginger
2 tsp salt

4 Tbs soy sauce
4 Tbs rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 Tbs sesame seed oil
2 Tbs siriachi chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp corn starch
3 tsp garlic
2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
