Chewy Brownie Bites with Coconut filling and cadbury eggs.

For the Brownies
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the coconut frosting
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Pecans
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 package cadbury mini eggs
