Breaded and sauteed pork cutlets, served with fresh lemon slices. This is a traditional German recipe I've made for three decades.

4 boneless pork cutlets, 1/2" thick
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
