I made them a few hours before I needed them, and kept them in the fridge until I was ready to bake them! That made clean up a lot easier! I hope you give them a try!

7-8 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup prepared ranch dressing
1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for garnish
