This smooth, creamy caramel fudge with a nice kick of ginger is so good that you can't have just one.

1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons ground ginger
5 oz. white chocolate, chopped finely
