Gluten Free Apricot Chicken Salad

6 oz plain yogurt
3 T apricot preserves
2 tsp ginger
3 cup cooked chicken chopped
¾ c sliced celery
1 cup peas
Spinach
1/2 cup swiss cheese
1/2 cup raw pecans
1-6 oz. bag dried apricots
Whisk together yogurt, preserves and ginger in large bowl. Add chicken, peas, celery and spinach and toss gently. Sprinkle pecans, cheese and apricots on top. Chill well.
