Gluten Free Banana Bread

Banana bread made with gluten free coconut flour.

1/2 cup of butter, softened (not margarine!!)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups smashed bananas (about 2 and 1/2 bananas)
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
Cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each eggs is added. Mix in the flour, salt and baking powder, adding the flour a little at a time. Add in the bananas...
