Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Finally a gluten free version of one of the most loved biscuits. Your friends and family will never know these are gluten free.

3/4 cup rice flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
2 TBSP almond meal
2 tsp xanthum gum
1 1/2 tsp Season All
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 TBSP minced garlic
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 TBSP baking powder
6 TBSP Softened Butter
Milk 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Lightly grease a 9x13 pan and preheat your oven to 400. Mix all ingredients except the butter and milk in a bowl. Cut in the butter with two forks or a pastry cutter until the butter is about pea sized. ...
