Gluten Free Chicken Sausage and White Bean Stew

2 cans (15.5 oz. size) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup olive oil
1 T chopped rosemary leaves
2 sliced zucchini
1 can green chilies
4 medium garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken sausages, cut into 1-in. chunks
1 T oregano
Mix ingredients except for oregano with 3/4 cup water in a 12 in cast-iron fry pan. Cover. Cook on medium, checking pot and stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, and adding more water if stew gets dry, until peppers soften and sausages swell, 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with oregano sprinkled on top.
