These Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies are very delicious, chewy and soft inside. This is a great treat recipe for the Holidays celebrations!!

2 organic eggs
½ cup row sugar
½ cup sunflower oil
5 oz dark chocolate chunks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
5 oz Chocolate Chips

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
