Gluten-Free Flourless Brownies

These rich, luscious brownies are so good, your friends won't know they are gluten-free! *Warning: These are rich and not nearly as sweet as boxed brownie mix. If you want sweet with a capital S brownies, I would increase the sugar.*

2 4 oz. dark chocolate bars (I bought these in the baking section - 60% cocoa/semisweet is good)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup hot water
1 tsp. espresso crystals
1 stick of butter, softened
1 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
