1 package of gluten-free cream of chicken soup
4 chicken breasts
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup peas
1/2 cup cheese
2 cups rice
Cook chicken breasts over a medium heat. Add soup to chicken and boil. Set aside. Cook rice in rice cooker. Layer rice, chicken w/ soup, cheese, peas, mandarin oranges and pineapple. Serve
