Gluten Free Pie Crust

1 ¾ cups gluten free flour
¾ cup cornstarch
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp thyme
¾ tsp salt
1 T sugar
¾ cup shortening
1 egg
1 T vinegar
In medium bowl whisk flour mixture, cornstarch, baking powder, thyme salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Stir in egg and vinegar. Add ice water, 1 T at a time, and blend until dough sticks together and forms a ball. Divide in half and roll into 10 in circle. Chill one hour.

1/2 lb. bacon

3/4 c molasses
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 t dry mustard
2 c chicken broth
