Gluten Free Pumpkin and Zucchini Bread

1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pumkin
1/2 cup zucchini (grated)
Mix together salt, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, flour and xantham gum. Combine both sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla in a bowl. Add pumpkin and zucchini. Add flour mixture and stir. Mix well. Pour into well greased and floured pans. Bake 1 hour at 325.
