Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

1 c gluten free flour
1/2 tsp xantham gum
1/2 T baking powder
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 T sugar
1/4 t nutmeg
dash salt
3/4 c milk
1/2 c pumpkin
2/3 c margarine
1/2 T vanilla
Combine dry ingredients. Set Aside. Separate 2 eggs. Beat yolks slightly. Add wet ingredients into eggs. Fold flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. Cook on a hot skillet.
