Gluten Free Quinoa Pomegranate Salad

1 cup quinoa (washed and cooked)
1 medium pomegranate (seeded)
1 ripe pear (chopped into pieces)
2 cups baby spinach
1 can garbanzo beans ( drained and rinsed)
3 T olive oil
3 T apple cider vinegar
2 T pure maple syrup
1/4 cup raw pecans
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Prepare pomegranate seeds and cut pear into a bowl. Add spinach and garbanzo beans. Once quinoa has cooled fluff and add to rest of ingredients. Add oil, vinegar and maple syrup to salad and toss until mixed. This salad is better when cooled. Before serving add pecans.
