Gluten Free Sarah's Salad

5 cups baby spinach
3 strips bacon
½-10oz package frozen peas
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) container plain greek yogurt
Wash and drain spinach. Cook bacon and drain grease. Run hot water over peas and drain. Sprinkle spinach pepper (don’t stir). Mix sugar with plain yogurt. Layer in order- spinach, peas, yogurt and cheese. Do Not Stir. Cover tightly and refrigerate when ready to serve toss and garnish with bacon.
