gnocchi with creamy sweet potato sauce

Tender gnocchi covered in a sweet creamy sauce.

1 med sweet potato, 1/2cup milk,11/2 cups chicken stock 2 tablespoons tarragon,2 garlic cloves,1tbs butter,3/4tsp salt,1/2 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup grated parmesean.1/4tsp grated nutmeg,2tbsp pumpkin seeds.
1 (16oz)package frozen gnocchi.
pierce sweet potato with a fork and cook in microwave for 5 min or until soft.Then with a hand blender ,blend sweet potato with milk in a bowl til smooth.set aside.In a skillet on med -low saute with butter chopped garlic,taragon and pumpkin seeds for 1-2min.Add sweet potato mixture,chicken stock,salt,pepper,nutmeg,and parmesean cheese.heat through. Cook gnocchi according to package,drain and add to sauce.Stir to coat and add more cheese if you choose.
