Golden Fried Shrimp

This fried shrimp turns out awesome every time and it's easy and quick! Give it a try, and I hope you enjoy!

1-1/4lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Cups Self-Rising flour
1 15 oz can of canned milk
1 egg
Salt to taste
Peel and deveine 1 and 1/4 lb. of large fresh shrimp Mix 1 can of canned milk and slightly beaten egg together then put shrimp in there to marinate (for about 30 minutes) Have a sheet cake pan ready lined with parchment paper Take shrimp out of marinade (a few at a time) and dredge in flour and then lay on sheet pan. Continue until you have dredged all the shrimp in the flour and have them on sheet pan in a single layer. Now put pan of shrimp in refrigerator for about 30 minutes (This really helps keep the batter on the shrimp when you fry them) Preheat deep fryer to 350 When fryer is ready cook shrimp for about 3 minutes (or until golden brown) DO NOT overcook, it does not take shrimp very long to cook. Drain and put on pan lined with paper towels and salt to taste. Serve right away and ENJOY!!!!!!
