Need to make some breakfast, but tired of the same old thing? Here is a great recipe for eggs that isn't too hard or time consuming and tastes great!

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 pieces of bread per person
2 tsp butter per person to spread on bread
2 eggs per person
1 Tbsp baking soda
salt and pepper to taste

1. Hard boil the eggs, adding the baking soda. Cool the eggs some so you don't burn your hands.
2. Separate the yolks and whites. Chop the whites fine and in a bowl, crush the yolks to a powder.
