Creamy she'll noodles in rich red meaty sauce! Yumm!

1 can tomatoe paste
1 can tomatoe chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Dash of onion powder
Dash of sugar
Dash of garlic powder
1 pound burger
1 package of shell noodles
1 can green peas (optional)
Dash Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese powder
Boil your are one package of noodles and set aside after draining! In separate fry pan, fry up your hamburger meat Until it is nice and browned! Add a can of tomato paste and a can of water to your meat and mix! Next add your seasonings from above ???? Add the can of tomato chunks along with the tomato paste! (Keep The juices) do not strain Add Your can of peas, taste until heart desires flavor then take your noodles and add to the mixture and stir altogether! Top with Parmesan cheese and serve Bon appétit!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
