Two Deep Dish Breakfast or Brunch Quiche
4 sliced thin beef sausage (Mild and Hot)
6 eggs (scrambled)
1/4 red onion (diced)
1/4 yellow pepper (diced)
Two tsp of Chipotle Salad dressing
Dash black pepper
Dash of garlic
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
2 Deep Dish pie shells
6 eggs (scrambled)

Preheat oven at 325. Layer slices of cooked sausages at the bottom of pie shells ( poke fork four times in shell before adding mixture).. Add sautéed vegetables, whip your eggs pour in mixture 1/4 inch from the top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. p Place pies on cookie sheet place on middle rack in the oven for 30 depending on the type of oven. When center is completely cooked in the center remove from oven. Serve in ten minutes..
Note: I prepared egg mixture the night before. No salt needed.
