1 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (Hain brand is grain-free)
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (regular milk will do for non-vegan version)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup melted vegan butter (Earth Balance)
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

4 1/2 cups powdered sugar (Wholesome! brand is grain-free)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup softened vegan butter (Earth Balance)
