Delicious summer pancakes!

200g goat cheese or cottage cheese
1 Egg + 1 yolk
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 small zucchini
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley and dill
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Mix all ingredients Hit up your fry pen Put 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil Use tablespoon to form pancakes Fry one side, turn around your pancake and reduce hit to medium, continue frying Made pancakes put on paper towel, to soak oil
