9 oz Frozen Black grapes
1/2 cup Almond milk
3 tbsp Plain yogurt
1 tsp ground Flax seeds

1 - Put all ingredients into the blender.

2 - Blend until smooth.

3 - Pour into a serving glass and topped with fresh mint leaves as garnish.
