Greek mousaka Dukan style

Ok this is not a quick recipe but the taste compensates for your time!

• 3 eggplants
• 3 zucchinis
• 1 large ripe tomato
• a small onion
• a small leek
• salt & pepper

FOR THE MEAT LAYER
• 250gr low-fat veal minced meat
• a little bit of chopped onion
• 1 spoon of Dukan ketchup or 2 spoons of chopped tomato
• nutmeg powder
• cloves powder
• cinamon
• salt & pepper

FOR THE SAUCE ON TOP
• 1 egg
• 100ml of low-fat milk
• 2 spoons of low fat greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of oat bran
• nutmeg powder
• cloves powder
• cinamon
• salt & pepper

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
