Tasty wheat crust is the basis for this Greek inspired #MeatlessMonday pizza.

2 1/4 cups warm water (100 to 105)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour
1 cup canned mushrooms
2 cups green bell pepper, diced
1 cup red onion, frenched
1 whole tomato, diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Romano cheese, shredded
2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
