Greek Tortellini Salad

It’s combination of fresh vegetables, cheese and tortellini pasta is almost perfect, add the Greek dressing to the mix and you have yourself a must try will turn into your go-to summer salad recipe! I love mine loaded with crisp fresh veggies; red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives and loads of Feta cheese makes this a fabulous salad that I could eat every day!

1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 large cucumber, sliced and halved
1 jar kalamata olives, drained, pits removed and halved
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the Dressing:
¾ cup olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
3 tsp Carrie’s Seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 large cucumber, sliced and halved
1 jar kalamata olives, drained, pits removed and halved
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the Dressing:
¾ cup olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
3 tsp Carrie’s Seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 cup red wine vinegar
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package directions. Drain the tortellini and rinse with cold water.
