A lightened up version of a family favorite.

1 tablespoon Star Butter Flavored Olive Oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
1 pinch of nutmeg (can be adjust to personal tastes)
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (you can use reduced fat if you prefer)
1 cup of fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 pound of linguine pasta
1 pound of chicken
