Mini phyllo shells filled with a creamy green bean and mushroom mixture, and topped with French fried onions. Just like the classic Thanksgiving side dish!

1 (15 count) package frozen mini fillo shells, thawed
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
3/4-1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped frozen green beans (thaw before chopping)
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
