Have a zucchini overload? I freeze all of my zucchini in the fall and enjoy these muffins for breakfast! Even the kids love them!

•3 Cups flour


•1 TBS baking powder


•1 tsp baking soda


•1 tsp salt


•1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


•1/2 tsp nutmeg


•2 eggs


•1/2 cup milk


•1/2 cup vegetable oil
