1 pound of thawed jumbo shrimp (about 30 shrimp)
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1/3 cup light mayo
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons sriracha

salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
