1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salad:
2 lbs chicken breast or tenderloin
Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 cup sliced cashews, light salt
3 tangerines, peeled
1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
