Creamy + Sweet come together nicely in this super quick and easy Grilled Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate PB Sandwich!

INGREDIENTS
2 slices whole grain bread
1 tbsp vegan butter ( I use Earth Balance in the red tub)
1½ tbsp PB ( I used PB&Co. White chocolate kind)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegan chocolates chips (melted and drizzled over the top) ( I used Enjoy Life Brand)
Extra cinnamon + sugar for sprinkling over top
