2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
4 cups chopped romaine, arugula, frise, etc.
2 cups cherry tomatoes ( halved )
2 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup roasted red peppers ( chopped )
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 large hard boiled eggs
For the dressing:
2 can ned anchovies
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped oregano
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoons chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
