4 large portabello mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
condiments of your choice: avocados, tomatoes, sprouts, ranch dressing, onions, cucumbers, etc.
