These potatoes are so simple to make and taste absolutely amazing!!

3 large russet potatoes
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Scrub potatoes and pierce all over with a fork (to allow steam to escape).
Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes until starting to get soft.
Let potatoes rest for about 15 minutes or so, until they’re cool enough...
