Grilled red peppers sprinkled with goat cheese and a balsamic glaze. It is a great side dish or appetizer

3 red, yellow or orange peppers
1 ounce goat cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
