Grilled Steaks with Pineapple Rosemary Topping

Barbecue season means juicy tender steaks with all the fixins. I love cooking rosemary with my steak and I also enjoy topping my steak with caramelized onions. Adding the brown sugar and pineapple gave it a sweetness that was savory at the same time. I should have made a double batch since hubby and I were basically fighting over who gets more.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 Large red onion (sliced thin)
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 sprig fresh rosemary (stem removed)
3/4 cups canned crushed pineapple
2 top sirloin steaks (1)
Mrs. Dash Steak Seasoning to taste
Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. When melted, add onions and cook until translucent. Add brown sugar and cook until onions are coated. Add rosemary and cook until fragrant....
