Grilled Steaks with Pineapple Rosemary Topping

Barbecue season means juicy tender steaks with all the fixins. I love cooking rosemary with my steak and I also enjoy topping my steak with caramelized onions. Adding the brown sugar and pineapple gave it a sweetness that was savory at the same time. I should have made a double batch since hubby and I were basically fighting over who gets more.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 Large red onion (sliced thin)
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 sprig fresh rosemary (stem removed)
3/4 cups canned crushed pineapple
2 top sirloin steaks (1)
Mrs. Dash Steak Seasoning to taste

Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. When melted, add onions and cook until translucent. Add brown sugar and cook until onions are coated.
